I speculated in one of my videos that Capcom may bring more subspecies like the Pink Rathian and the Azure Rathalos when Monster Hunter World Iceborne comes. Today they just confirmed 2 new subspecies. One for Odogaron and one for Anjanath.

Ebony Odogaron | Monster Hunter World Iceborne

In the trailer, Odogaron appears to have a black and silver color palette and now has a dragon element. It has vicious new attacks and now have a jump and spit attack that looks to be dragon spit.

Fulgur Anjanath | Monster Hunter World Iceborne

Anjanath has a white tiger and orange color palette and seem to have the thunder element now. It also will have new attacks which will include its new thunder element.

Both of these new monsters will come with new armors and weapons. Glavenus was hinted in the last trailer but confirmed in the beginning of this one. The monster hinted at the end of this trailer is none other than Brachyados.
