Have you looted the tilted Ferris Wheel yet? There are some good loot for you to pick up at that location. It has loot that might not be anywhere else.
People are dead at the location. The shard tells us that a group got high and started destroying things. The people affected by this wanted payback.
Octavius, who is (or was) apart of the gang that destroyed things didn’t want bloodshed. Octavius and Kendric (the guy who’s things got destroyed) decided to meet and talk things out.
Apparently, that talk didn’t go well. A guy is dead outside one of the Ferris Wheel rides. There are more people dead inside the ride. Must have been Octavius’s.
Location
I don’t know how that Ferris Wheel is still standing. There’s nothing holding it up from completely falling over. The funny thing is that people are living underneath it.
The Trilayer Aramid-Weave Fixer Coat might be exclusive to this spot. I have yet to see it available anywhere else. If you’ve found a different location, please let me know.
