By now, if you have viewed the trailers released to hype up Iceborne, you know that at the end of the trailer they drop hints for the next monster that’s coming just like they did for Nargacuga and Tigrex. At the end of this new trailer, we see a sword-like slash with a familiar roar if you’ve played Monster Hunter Generations.
That monster is Dinovaldo. Some of you may know it as Glavenus. It was one of the 4 flagship monsters in MHX who were represenatives of the villages in previous games of the series.
Glavenus is a Brute Wyvern who have a sharp tail that it can sharpen in its mouth. Its can spit fire projectiles.
Glavenus weakness?
Glavenus is weak to water and dragon.
Of course, at this time none of this is confirmed. But we can be as sure that this is Glavenus just like we were sure Tigrex was coming before he was confirmed. It will be interesting to see what armors and weapons we will be able to craft from its parts.
