If you have participated in the Appreciation Fest, hopefully you did the quest “The Greatest Jagras”. If not, then hopefully it will come around again. If it does, make sure you grind that quest or try to catch the quest “The Name’s Lavasioth” since you will be able to get a ton of decorations from that quest as well when it comes.

The Greatest Jagras Quest

So I heard that a hunter had a Great Jagras cornered, but when they went to finish it off, a shadow appeared. What do you think it is? Heh, go out and find out for yourself! -Chief Ecologist

The Jagras in that quest is much larger that he normally is. He also hits HARD. So if you go in thinking he a joke like always, you may find yourself on a cart headed back to base.

The thing you want to look out for in this quest is when he eats and grow fat. He will soon do attacks where he spits things out. Look on the ground for Great Jagras Materials. Those will give you various Feystones which will give you your decorations at the end of the quest.

You literally will find somewhere around 30 to 40 of these by the end of the quest. Some people have already received attack gems from doing this. Make sure you have your defense is as high as possible and remember that he is weak to fire.

The Name’s Lavasioth Quest

Starting on the 7th of February, Lavasioth will be getting a new quest. This quest will be similar to the Great Jagras quest. In the Great Jagras quest, he was made much larger and hit a lot harder. You can expect them to change this quest in some way as well.

The objective here will be the same. Try to make him drop feystones and stack up on those decorations. He will also hit hard to so don’t underestimate him.
