Growl FM Brings New Music with Phantom Liberty and I Can’t Wait to Check It Out

I love the music inside Cyberpunk 2077. Some of the songs take me into another world. Delicate Weapon by Grimes and Night City by R E L are probably my favorites. I listen to them when I go on walks.

I love that CDProjekt Red takes music from real-life music artists and puts them in the game. They held a contest and accepted music submissions from the community back on October 14th, 2022. A whopping 7800 tracks were sent in by the participants.

Fourteen tracks were selected and will be included in the new 89.7 Growl FM radio station. Unfortunately, there’s no word on whether these will be added to Spotify or Apple Music. Also, there’s no way to listen to them now. We must wait til the expansion drop.

Other Submissions

People who submitted songs but weren’t selected, posted their song submissions in the comment section when CDProjekt Red announced the winners on Twitter. Listening to some of these, I know picking just 14 was hard.
