In this post, I will show you the location of the Waterproof Badge Combat Boots. The legendary Badge feet armor piece. I’ll link the other Badge armor pieces for the Badge set later on in this post.
You won’t need to shoot anything when arriving at the location where this armor can be found. Just make your way using the video below until you get to a site with two dead cops. Like always, there is a shard that will tell us the story of what when down in that area.
Looks like a deal was going down to trade police evidence. Could be drugs since in the conversation it stated that the cops were supposed to have 100 pounds of it. The cops were supposed to park their car far away out of sight but they didn’t really do that. Also, they’re dead so the deal must have gone south for not bringing what was agreed upon.

You’ll find two pair there. If you don’t like the mods or the number of mod slots on them, you can save your game before you pick them up. Then just load back in and the stats will change.

If you want to complete the Badge set and find the rest of the Badge gear, then check out the links below. So far there isn’t a Badge piece for the head and inner torso, although the coat part looks have one built-in. If you do find Badge gear for those body parts, please let me know.
