Here comes Starfield, a game that has been on the minds of developers at Bethesda for about a decade now. A new universe for Bethesda in 25 years and the game that must come out before we get our hands on Elder Scrolls 6. Up until this point, we didn’t have much information on Starfield… and we still don’t. But we do have some information scraped together from interviews of the developers and from E3.
What is Starfield
According to the website, Starfield is a next-generation role-playing game set amongst the stars, where you can create any character you want and explore with unparalleled freedom as you embark on an epic journey to answer humanity’s greatest mystery.
According to Todd Howard (executive producer),
It’s like Skyrim in space.
Ashley Cheng, Bethesda Managing Director, says,
‘Starfield is the Han Solo simulator. Get in a ship, explore the galaxy, do fun stuff,”.
According to Howard, in “Starfield” players will join an organization called Constellation, the last group of space explorers. Players will choose their character’s background, with customization options that will impact how some things in the game unfold.

So we will be exploring space, traveling to different worlds. Personally, I’m anxious to see what secrets lie in the worlds and if there will be lots of loot to find.
Starfield Release Date?
Starfield is set to release on November 11, 2022. Of course, there’s always the chance that it will get pushed back but I have a feeling that it won’t.
How Will Space Flight Be?
Todd Howard says that space travel in this game will be sort of dangerous, like how space flight is in real life. But of course, it won’t be too much like real life. Like you won’t need to know how to fly a spacecraft in real life in order to play in Starfield.
But as of right now, that’s pretty much it. They are very tight-lipped as far as information goes in this game. I’m sure more information will be revealed once we get closer to the release date as usual.
