Rewards for Completing the Freestar Collective Quest in Starfield

At some point, you will come across the Freestar Collective during your daring journey in Starfield. You’ll then get an invitation to become a Freestar Ranger yourself. First, you must complete their questline. The rewards are great (one of them being my favorite weapon in the game so far).

It’s best to do this quest early game because the rewards are the Star Eagle, the Deadeye pistol, and some other rewards from a high-level chest. That reward from the chest may not be the same for everyone so I can’t say for sure what you’ll get.

This quest, however, is longer than I expected but you’ll see why they say that Starfield has some of the best questing Bethesda has ever crafted. The quest is in the Cheyenne star system on the planet Akila in Akila City.

Once you make your way there you will see a standoff between the rangers and bank robbers. You’ll intervene and see what you can do about the situation. Afterward, the quest line will begin.

The ship you get will hold 7 crew mates and it has EM weapons for disabling ships so you can invade them. It’s an A-class ship. Which means anyone can fly it.

The pistol is powerful. The only issue I have is finding ammo for it. Also, buying ammo is expensive and vendors only sell a small amount of it. Maybe they did this on purpose for balance reasons.
