Rewards for Completing the Crimson Fleet Quest in Starfield
Let me be the first to tell you, that this Crimson Fleet Quest will probably be one that will hit you emotionally in different ways and may have you change your mind in terms of who is good and who isn’t. The rewards in this quest are some of the best I’ve seen so far and at the end, you will have to pick a side.
Some of the rewards you get will be different depending on which side you pick. However, the best rewards are the ones you get before you get to that point. Also, the differences in rewards from that decision are minor, so honestly I recommend picking the side that you align with.
To activate the quest, commit a crime in a UC-controlled area or go to the UC ship.
Keelhauler Pistol
As I mentioned, the decision that you’ll have to make will be at the very end. However, you’ll get some amazing rewards before them. Like the the Keelhauler, which in my opinion, feels like someone put a shotgun inside of a pistol. I always carry a pistol as my main weapon and this is the one that I choose as my “sidekick”.
Sy-920 Pilot Spacesuit
This is a unique-looking spacesuit. At a point during the quest, you’ll be required to find this pilot suit.
Revenant Legendary Rifle
This weapon holds immense significance as it once belonged to a renowned member of the Crimson Fleet. The rate of fire is insane and you may have a hard time using anything else for a while after you get your hands on it.
$250,000+ Credits
At the end of the quest line, you’ll be rewarded with 250,000 credits.
Picking a side?
The difference between both sides just comes down to a gun from the commander of the side you choose to go against. The video shows gameplay from a bit of the end of the quest line. I sided with UC so here is the stuff you get from the Crimson commander.
If you side with Crimson, you’ll get the uniform of the UC commander and a pistol called Unfair Advantage (not legendary).
In addition to the whole picking a side thing, you’ll also lose access to a few other things depending on what side you’re on. For example, if you side with UC, you won’t have access to Crimson vendors or missions.
