Regidrago is another legendary Pokemon added to Pokemon Sword and Shield in The Crown Tundra expansion and an addition to the “Regi” family. It’s another Pokemon that came with really good stats but a low pool of moves to cover the various Pokemon types for balance purposes. Just like Spectrier, it also has an ability that powers moves that is the same type of it.
Nature: Timid
It has a good attack and special attack but the best moves to have are special so you’ll be ok with reducing the attack and keeping up the speed.

Dragon energy has a base 150 and decreases in power the more health the Pokemon loses. Draco Meteor for more dragon type attack and Ancient Power for mons that are weak to rock.
Now you can go a physical attack route with this Pokemon. Give it a life orb, put its 252 EV spread into attack instead of special attack, give it a jolly nature and use moves like fire fang and hammer arm. Dragon claw for physical dragon stab.
