Maggie Isley’s Secret Hideout in Dogtown | Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty

You may be wondering who Maggie Isley is. In the world of Cyberpunk 2077, she isn’t a name to be recognized. However, for fans of DC, she may be a reference to Poison Ivy.

In DC, Poison Ivy’s real name is Pamela Isley, a botanist. Not only does Maggie share Pamela’s last name, she’s also a botanist. Therefore, this is most likely an Easter egg.

Maggie aims to make Phant (the new Scav drug spreading around Dogtown) less addictive. She has spent years cross-breeding it with plants, or “biohacking as they call it.

Unfortunately for her, she’s alone in her mission. Her “associates” want nothing to do with Phant and have backed out of the project. Upon defeating her, you’ll be able to loot rewards from her and investigate the area. You’ll find her biohacked plants.
