If you would like, you can SOS Eevee (meaning you take it to low health and allow it to call for help) here for a chance to catch a Umbreon if it shows up to help, but this may take a while.

Once we have Eevee, get rid of any fairy type moves that it may have. There’s a chance of it evolving into Sylveon if it has a fairy move.

Our goal now it to raise Eevee enjoyment up as much as possible so go into Pokemon Refresh and see how much enjoyment it has. It should look like this:

Feed Eevee a rainbow bean and pet it until its enjoyment get maxed. Once the enjoyment is maxed wait til night-time. This is key to evolve Eevee to Umbreon.

Once it is night, head out into grass and level Eevee up. Make sure it still has full enjoyment. If it doesn’t just do the same things mentioned about to raise it up again. Your Eevee should turn into a Umbreon.

If it has not evolved into Umbreon, try giving it a massage in Konikoni City. Also, try winning one battle with it in front of your party, but don’t let it faint. You can also try placing Eevee at the top of your list and then switch it out to a stronger pokemon if you get into battle. Hopefully this was helpful for you.
