Sea of Thieves is fast approaching. If you’re looking to purchase Sea of Thieves on PC, it’s easier than you think. There are 2 ways you can purchase it.
If you have an xbox, you can just to to the store from the xbox homepage. From there you can go to search and type in Sea of (most likely it will pop up after typing these two words in) Thieves. You will then have the ability to pre-order.
If you don’t have an Xbox, then just go to microsoft’s website and go to the store from there. A nice thing about this game is that its under the Xbox Play Anywhere feature, which means that regardless of if you purchase it on your xbox or through microsoft’s website, you will be able to play on both platforms after one digital download. On top of that, Xbox players will be able to play with PC Players.
Pre-Ordering this game also gives you the black dog pack, which is a pack of stylish clothing and items, plus access to the closed beta. Keep in mind that if you pre-ordered the game through the xbox or windows store, the game will appear in your games library 24 hours before the closed beta begins. You will need to download and install it. You can also try downloading the closed beta from windows store here

Xbox Game Pass
Sea of Thieves will also be available *at launch* through Xbox Game Pass. Xbox game pass is a service that allows you access to tons of Xbox One and Xbox 360 titles of only $9.99 per month. Sea of Thieves is the first brand new game to be available through the Xbox Game Pass.
Sea of Thieves release date is set to sail March 20th for Xbox and PC.
