Galarian Slowbro being poison and psychic brings some good resistances to to the Pokemon meta. It has a unique ability that sometimes will compensate for its low speed and a move that’s unique to it.
Item: We want to utilize that special attack stat so we’ll go with choice spects.
Nature: Modest
Ability: Quick draw
Iv/Ev Spread: Max out the special attack. Then invest about 145 into speed to out-speed Pokemon like Toxapex, then put the rest into HP.

Psychic
Flamethrower
Grass Knot
Shell Side Arm can be special and physical. It calculates which of your opponents defense is lowest and attacks that. Flamethrower handles some of the types that resist you and grass know can handle stuff like bulky water types. You can go sludge wave instead of shell side arm, but I believe shell side arm will give you more bang for your buck more often than not.
