If you’ve been following the trend of Arch-Tempered monsters released in Monster Hunter World, then you will have been waiting patiently for monsters like Arch-Tempered Nergigante and Arch-Tempered Kulve Taroth. Both were revealed during the Developer Update released today.
For Kulve Taroth, the strategy is the same. 16 players (in groups of 4) can join from your hub in one siege.
The difference is that you can push it into a new furied state by fulfilling certain conditions before it sheds its gold plating. If you do, it will unleash new powerful attacks. You may also find higher tier rewards called rainbow.
Rainbow tier rewards are higher than gold tier. They may contain appraisal weapons that will be added for each weapon type when Arch-tempered Kulve Taroth drops. A new gamma series armor will also be released.
The Arch-tempered Kulve Taroth Siege will be called “The Fury of El Dorado”. It will release on December 19, 2018 at 4pm PST (7pm EST) until January 3, 2019 3:59pm PST.
