Don’t be fooled by the Buzzsaw. When I first saw it I didn’t think much of it. To me, it doesn’t look exceptionally powerful and I didn’t think it would do anything more than your standard submachine would. Once you fire this thing thought, you find out why it’s called Buzzsaw.
Its perk is a unique mod that allows you to fire high-penetration rounds. And those projectiles look really deadly. This gun basically has the power of a light machine gun packed into a submachine gun.
I did a little research and found that there is a weapon called Buzzsaw 42 used by Germany back in 1942. It was feared because of the way it cut down troops in swaths. The Buzzsaw in Cyberpunk has more of an old-school look to it so I wonder if it was modeled after the Buzzsaw 42.
How to Get the Buzzsaw Submachine Gun in Cyberpunk 2077
This gun is another drop you can get after completing a suspected organized crime activity. This one is located on Northside, Watson. Take out the leader and the crafting spec should drop. I suggest saving your game before doing this activity just in case it doesn’t drop the first time.
The Buzzsaw submachine gun is one of the weapons that you can place on the wall in the weapon storage room of your apartment. To place it on the wall, simply store the weapon from your inventory. Then it will appear on the wall.
