Top 5 Weapons Used in Crucible After Forsaken

At this point Forsaken have been out for a while. With this DLC, of course, came new weapons to go after. When new weapons enter the game you never know which direction the meta will shift in PVP.

The meta has come a long way from the Uriel’s Gift and Antiope-D meta. Of course a lot of this is due to weapon balance changes. So what’s the current meta? Here are the top 5 weapons used in crucible after the Forsaken DLC

1.Trust

People like this thing because it shoots like a laser. Very low recoil. Combine this with perks like explosive payload and not only will you have an easy to control weapon, but a perk that does extra damage and visually throw off your opponent’s gunfight game.

2. Bygones

It seems that the weapons from Gambit has impacted the meta. This is currently my favorite pvp weapon. Not only does it melt targets within its range, but its also reliable if you hip-fire it.

The only downside with this is the recoil pattern. It isn’t straight up and down. It steer slightly to the side which is the reason why you want the one Drifter is selling. Not only does it come with Full Auto Trigger System for full auto fire when holding down the trigger, but Arrowhead Brake which greatly controls recoil.

3. Ace of Spades

Now this is a weapon I am all too familiar with. I wrote an article on this weapon called How Good Is the Ace of Spades. If you didn’t see that post. Check it out. I pretty much explain all there is to know about this weapon there. But who know, maybe people wanted to use it in honor of Cayde.

Of all the weapons on this list, this one catches me by surprise the most. I’m not exactly sure why this one is making the list. It is a hard-hitting pulse, maybe with the right perks it puts in work. People tend to use it a lot in pve as well as pvp.

I’ve been on the other side of the barrel of this thing. If you find yourself staring down the barrel of this thing too, chances are your ghost will be reviving you back to life soon. It’s just good. Not just in PvE but also PvP.

So these are the meta weapons currently in the game. We’ll see if the meta changes when the Black Armory releases in December. Black armory is rumored to have a new tier of weapons called Black, return weapons like The Last Word and bring back machine guns.
