This Soviet Moscow Dream Anti-Shrapnel Bomber jacket will be a nice addition to your Cyberpunk 2077 wardrobe. What I’m still trying to figure out is whether or not these pieces of clothing in these loot locations are exclusive to these areas or can you get them in other places. Either way, if you don’t have it then you can go to this location and grab it.
They can also be upgraded. I haven’t tried to upgrade it to the max so how much you can upgrade it is unknown to me. Also, I hope there is a legendary crafting spec out there somewhere.

This jacket has 5 block damage reduction and reduces stamina consumption when blocking melee attacks by five percent. It also comes in different styles depending on if you’re male or female.
Story and Location
These areas usually have a story tied to him. The conversation between Jason and Tony reveals that Jason was supposed to assassinate someone. Tony warned Jason not to allow looks to fool him and not to underestimate the guy.
Jason doesn’t seem to take the warning seriously. When you arrive at the location you see Jason dead. Looks like he should have been more careful. But the motorcycle he rode in with is still there and you can take it for a ride.
