No doubt you’ve stumbled across that random Vex Spire hidden in a corner on Europa. Before I show how to solve it, let me just say that this puzzle is a bit strange. And some of the thing you’ll need to do may be RNG based, or it may not. I’ll explain what I mean by that but to start, make your way to the Eventide Ruins.
Step 1
Here, you’re looking for a Fallen boss called the Technorunner. His spawn area will be inside an open-door building. It will be to the right as soon as you get to the Eventide Ruins.
He will spawn when it says “Nearby, a powerful enemy waits out the storm…”. Now getting him to spawn is the part I’m unsure of. I believe that you need to just wait here until it spawns, but others believe there are 2 high-level enemies you need to defeat first named Beliks, Salvation Elite. They are nearby.
The problem is the Technorunner didn’t spawn the first time I killed them. So I just went back and forth between the two areas, killing the Elites each time. The Technorunner eventually showed up after the “Nearby, a powerful” message showed up.
Step 2
After you kill him, you will get Riis0Reborn key codes. You’ll have to take it all the way to the Riis-Reborn Approach and input them into a device.
One you input the code (and drink Vex milk) you will get a Cadmus Ridge Signal. This is what you need for the Vex spire. Just pull up your map and head to that area.
Step 3
Once you activate the signal, you will be teleported to an area with a puzzle where you need to do emotes in order to solve it and shoot things (It’s best if I show you how I did it.)
One thing about the puzzle is that if you input a wrong emote, it’ll teleport you back to the beginning. I just did the left emote for each point. Also, sometimes you will do the emote and it won’t read. Just keep doing it until the ‘Emote Data Required’ message go away.
Once you complete the puzzle a box will appear. It doesn’t have much in it though, which is kinda sad with the amount of trouble you go through.
