When you walk onto this Wastewater Plant in Little China, you’ll see some of the workers dead and sentry turrets activated. Only thing is, those turrets are one of the causes of the worker’s death.
Progress further and you’ll soon find out the cause of all of it. You’ll come across a computer and find a log that shows that someone loaded a virus into the system. Safe to say that’s what caused the workers to get shot by the turrets. Some were also shocked by the sparks flying out the walls turning the wet environment into a shock trap.

You can grab a nice hand full of legendary and epic upgrade components as well as a crafting skill shard. You’ll need to jump up to get to the area and will need the double jump cyberware. You can get it from any ripperdoc.
