Five Best Warriors in For Honor (As of March 2017)

For Honor has been out for some time now. Tournaments have taken place. Patches have been released. So with that said, what warriors currently claim the title of being the 5 Best Warriors in For Honor? I put together a list from what have been said by a lot of tournament players, what has been said on forums and what I personally had to deal with.

Five Best Warriors in For Honor

1. Conqueror

I was hearing a lot of people who played in some of the recent tournaments talk a lot about the Conqueror. I wasn’t sure what they were talking about until I experienced it for myself. The Conqueror is an absolute pain to fight.

It is very hard to hit a Conqueror. Their defense is impenetrable. Combo that with their unblockable shield charge that allows them to get an easy hard-hitting light attack afterwards. On top of that, fighting them near ledges or next to spiked walls give them an easy advantage.

2. Warlord

In the recent tournaments that I’ve watched, the winner went to a Warlord player.

The Warlord is very tanky and with good defenses, but the thing that a lot of people are having trouble with is their “Headbutt of Doom”. This is where they hit you with a headbutt, follow it with a light attack that I believe is guaranteed, then hit you with another unblockable headbutt. Now you are caught in this unblockable whirlwind that they can cancel to try to get a guardbreak on you. So it’s basically a 50/50 guessing game.

They also have an all-guard on their light attacks and hyper armor on their heavy attack.

3. Warden

Warden has a very strong move set, good fakes and a fast zone attack. He has a combo called the shoulder charge vortex which is the spamming of his unblockable shoulder charge followed by the 2 free light attacks you get after hitting with the shoulder charge and before starting another shoulder charge. The problem here is that they can cancel the shoulder charge and guardbreak you. Therefore, this is basically a guessing game, but if you get it wrong you will be further punished.

4. Nobushi

Nobushi has the longest range attacks in the game and hits like a truck. She has an ability where if the opponent is hit by an attack while affected with a bleed, it does more damage. This is very handy because Nobushi has several attacks that cause a bleed easily.

5. Peacekeeper

This is a popular one on For Honor forums. Peacekeeper has lots of speed and dodging capabilities, the fastest zone attack in the game and moves that cause bleeds. She can also triple bleed you from a guardbreak. She also has fast light attacks that are hard to keep up with. All this to compensate with her weak guard and low health.

So far these are the 5 Best Warriors in For Honor. As updates come out, tier list will be changing. Characters will receive buffs and nerfs so I will be releasing any changes to the tier list later.
