When battling in Pokemon, I always found Blaziken to be tough to go against. Mainly due to its ability that raises its speed by one stage every turn. Well it makes a return in Pokemon Sword and Shield’s “The Crown Tundra” expansion so lets go over a good moveset for it.
Nature: Jolly
Won’t be using special moves so decrease that special atk and make sure the speed stays high.
Item: Life Orb
Goal with this Pokemon is to hit fast and hard. It doesn’t have the defenses to be sticking around so make use of it quickly and strategically.
EV’s 252 atk/4 def/252speed
High attack, high speed and put the change in defense.
Moveset:
- Earthquake
- Flare Blitz
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
Earthquake can deal with mons like Toxapex. Flare Blitz and Close Combat are those hit hard and fast with Life Orb moves. If you manage to get off a Swords Dance then get ready to sweep teams or at least one-shot a lot of mons.
