First thing you notice about this Pokemon is its 142 base speed stat which means that as far a speed goes, it doesn’t trail far behind Pokemon like Electrobe and Ninjask. Match that with its good attack stat and decent special attack stat and you have yourself a formidable Pokemon.
Nature: Jolly
We want that speed. You want physical moves so the decrease to special attack won’t matter. Also we don’t want to be taking down its low health and defenses any further.

We are passing through Light Screens and Reflects which seem to be the meta right now. Substitutes and other barriers.

This Pokemon has access to Dragon Dance. Dragon Dance plus Life Orb plus its high speed stat equals you being hard to stop.
